The Vivo X200 smartphone is expected to be priced at approximately ₹60,000 in India, while the Vivo X200 Pro could be priced above ₹90,000. These prices are notably higher than their counterparts in China, where the Vivo X200 Pro starts at CNY 5,999 (approximately ₹63,000) and the Vivo X200 is priced at CNY 4,300 (approximately ₹51,000).

The Vivo X200 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch Quad-Curved LTPO AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
